• Rory Greenhalgh (Salford Red Devils Reserves) - Grade C - Dangerous Contact - Fine - Penalty Points: 5 (5 total)
• Gav Rodden (Swinton Lions) - Grade C - Drops knee - One match suspension - Penalty Points: 5 (8 total)
• Tom Wilkinson (Midlands Hurricanes) - Grade B - Late contact on passer - Fine - Penalty Points: 3 (3 total)
